Learn how to request payments from parents using Kinside's Payments feature.
In addition to sharing your payment link with parents and accepting payments via your Kinside profile, you can also request payments from parents for various needs. Whether it's for tuition, activities, events, or any other expenses, billing your families is now faster and easier.
- Click Payments in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click Request payment on the upper-right.
- Search for an existing family or enter a new family.
- Enter the amount you'd like the family to pay and select the category.
- You can add an optional message with more information.
- Click Send request.
You can view the status of your payment requests by clicking History.
In addition to viewing the status you can sort, search, and export your payment history from this page.
