Keep your enrollment page current so families know what makes you special.
Your Profile page is the bridge between what your program offers, and everything a family is looking for. Keeping this content up-to-date ensures success for your program.
How to update content on your public Profile page:
- Click on Public profile in the left menu.
- Click Edit on the right-hand side of the page to edit the different sections of your profile.
- Each section has different information you can edit.
- Listing info:
- Location name
- Address
- License (not editable)
- Photos
- Edit photos here. Upload new ones, remove old ones, reorder existing photos.
- Location overview
- Summary
- Location type
- Philosophy
- Languages
- Taught
- Spoken
- Logo
- Contact info
- Website
- Phone
- Program info
- Schedule types
- Days & hours (this is edited in the Programs & Availability section)
- Age range (also edited in the Programs & Availability section)
- About us: a high level overview of your program and everything it has to offer
- Curriculum: a detailed description of your educational philosophy
- Accessibility & special needs
- Are you wheelchair accessible?
- What other special needs do you support?
- Subsidy programs accepted
- Documents: upload documents and assign to workflows
- Social media links
- Youtube (this is a video embed)
- Profile settings: where you set address visibility and rules around tours and waitlists
- Listing info:
- Make sure you click Save when you're finished with a section.
Once you are done editing your profile scroll back up to the top and click Preview profile in the upper-right-hand corner of the page to see how your profile will look for families.
