If you'd like to apply an ongoing discount you can do this using your billing plans.
If you offer a discount and would like to apply this to an individual families payments you can do so using the Billing Plans. You find this by first going to the Payments Page and then clicking the Billing tab.
- Once you've clicked into the Billing tab you'll see a list of all upcoming payments.
- Choose the child that you'd like to edit and click Edit billing plan from the ••• overflow menu. You'll have the option to edit the next/upcoming payment (this will apply only to the next payment) or the Billing Plan (this will apply to future payments).
- Click Edit Recurring Charge to make changes.
- Scroll down the page to the Recurring Discounts section and click + Add discount this will allow you to apply an ongoing discount to the child's tuition.
That's it! You're all set.
