Message any provider on Kinside directly through the Kinside platform.
Log into your Kinside account and click on the provider of interest.

This will take you to the provider profile page. Scroll down and you'll see a menu on the right hand side. Click Send provider a message to access messaging.
Enter your message in the message box and click the green airplane button (or hit enter) to send your message.

That's it! The provider will be notified about your message via email and text. As soon as they respond, you'll get a notification via email (or text if you've opted in to text notifications) with the provider's response.
