This article will walk you through provider profiles, saving to your shortlist, and next steps.
Once you've entered/updated your criteria, search results will populate on the left hand side of your screen.
Expand any provider profile by clicking into the individual cards.
At the top of the profile, you'll find the name of the provider or preschool. Below the provider's name, you'll see a rating + count of reviews. In this instance, this sought-after provider has 57 reviews, averaging out to 4.6 stars. Click "View all images" to see all photos this has chosen to share.
Working our way down the profile, you'll see a variety of tags, denoting type of facility (center or home based), schedule types (full time, part-time, etc), and more. In addition, you can mark a provider as "Great fit", "Maybe" or "Not a fit". The first two save the provider to your short list. The second excludes the provider from your search results. In all instances, you can also add a note to remind yourself why you set the opinion. This is super helpful for when you revisit your search results later. Finally, you'll notice an action panel. This is where you can engage directly with this provider by booking a tour, joining their waitlist, sending a message, and even sending a payment.
Continue scrolling to see detailed program and availability information, as well as an "About us" section, a deep dive into the provider's curriculum, a map view, relevant documents for download, accepted subsidies, and finally reviews. Click here to see this provider's profile in the wild.
